Apartment in Golf del Sur III.

We recently completed a comprehensive renovation of an apartment, managing every aspect of the project from start to finish. 


The process began with the dismantling and removal of all old furniture, creating a clean slate for the transformation. In the bathroom, we undertook a complete overhaul, which included removing the old bathtub, replacing the water and sewage pipes, and installing new tiles. The renovation also featured the addition of new sanitary ware and custom furniture, giving the bathroom a fresh and modern look.

Our work extended to the electrical system, where we relocated the electrical switchboard and replaced all light fixtures and outlets. To enhance the apartment's interior, we installed decorative wall panels and designed and installed a custom room divider, optimizing the space for better functionality.

Painting was a significant part of the renovation, and we partnered with WE-KO Pintor to achieve a flawless finish throughout the apartment. In the kitchen area, we laid new tiles and installed new kitchen cabinets, creating a modern and efficient culinary space. Additionally, we procured and assembled all new furniture, ensuring that every piece complemented the newly renovated environment.

This extensive renovation project not only modernized the apartment but also significantly improved its functionality and comfort, perfectly aligning with our client's needs and expectations.
